Shipping & Returns
Here at RossWood Kitchens we strive to not only deliver exceptional products but delivery them in a timely manner.
That is why most of our doors will be with you within 5 days. The only exception to this is some of the more exotic doors. To find any of your delivery timescales please refer to the below or give us a call.
Generally we work on the following timescales:
Standard replacement doors: 5 - 7 working days
Acrylic kitchen doors: 15 - 18 working days
Made to measure doors: 15 - 18 working days
Painted doors: 25 - 30 working days
Standard kitchen units: 15 - 25 working days
Acrylic kitchen units: 15 - 25 working days
Made to measure kitchens and painted: 25 - 30 working days
We will always send you an email with an estimated delivery date when you place a large kitchen order just to make sure you are in to take delivery, we do not mind trying to work to a day to suit you.
Simply put this in the comments box when you make an order or give us a ring.
We work on a very simple delivery method.
For replacement doors, any order over £400.00 will qualify for free delivery. Replacement door orders under £400.00 are just £30.00 delivery.
All orders of flat-packed kitchen units placed over £1000.00 through the website will be delivered free of charge, orders placed on our website of kitchen units that are under £1000 will be delivered at a charge of £60 per order.
Delivery of our flat packed kitchens are via an external courier company. These are for a kerbside delivery only. No order will be dispatched until confirmed with the customer and a date will be agreed for delivery. It is important that once the agreed date has been set, that someone is available to accept delivery as a charge of £100 will be applied for a re delivery charge.
Rigid kitchen orders will be charged at £50.00 plus a pound per mile from NG31, please contact the office for a quotation for delivery of rigid kitchens.
Free Delivery is only available to the UK Mainland, Any other areas may incur and additional charge based on the shipping postcode.

How to return an item
You can return your item without quibble within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is in its original unused condition and must be in a re-saleable state unless there is a manufacturer defect or the item is a made to measure/ made to order product.
Items that are made to order or made to measure are non-returnable and exempt from distance selling regulations.
All parcels must be checked on arrival in case of shipping damage or shortages. If there is shipping damage or shortages we must be notified within 48 hours with picture evidence.
You have a 7 day cooling off period from the day you receive the goods, unless the product is a made to order/ measure products in which time if you should notify us that you wish to cancel your contract with us a full refund be given. We do not offer refunds on any doors/units that are made to measure or have been drilled including complete units.
If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a change of heart then the return delivery costs will be borne by the customer and there will be a restocking fee of 25%. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be borne by us, the merchant.
Any complete units ordered are non-returnable as they are a made to order product. This includes all components of units including doors and drawer fronts.
All painted products, acrylic products and made to measure doors are made to order/ measure products and are exempt from our returns policy.
1. Please email to request a refund and we will respond with the appropriate action to be taken
2. Mail your returned item to: 274 Dysart Road, Grantham, Lincs, NG31 7LS.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
The responsibility of the goods remains with the customer until they are received in good order by the company. If the returned goods arrive to us damaged or get lost in the post, the responsibility will remain with the customer to claim from the courier or shipping company.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and checked by the company.
